UX Designer, Director – PWM Asia & Australia

The UX Designer will partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to create cohesive experiences across various products and craft intuitive designs that empower clients in financial decision-making. They will also work closely with the research team to synthesize data and advocate for user abilities through thorough testing.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Domain Leads and POs to create cohesive experiences within various products
- Crafting intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Creating and presenting design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes) to engender confidence in solutions
- Forming holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem
- Designing and delivering responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating experiences that solved business and user needs
- At least 8 years of experience as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
