Senior UI/UX Designer (Shopify E-commerce) - A204
Pearl Remote (🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Comuna 1, Argentina)
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design initiatives to improve user experience and conversion performance on Shopify storefronts. They will manage design systems, conduct UX research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-backed, brand-aligned interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts
- Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interfaces that drive measurable performance improvements
- Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems across multiple client projects
- Conduct competitive analysis, UX research, and inspiration gathering
- Present designs and articulate rationale with clarity and confidence
- Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to ensure accurate implementation
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, primarily within e-commerce
- Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts
- Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across digital assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
- Experience working with Shopify Plus, Premier, or Platinum agencies
