You will maximize the impact of design and manufacturing teams through efficient tools, setting the roadmap with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager. Your role involves pitching, prototyping, and validating solutions based on customer insights and data.
Responsibilities
- Working towards a specific mission: maximize the impact of design and manufacturing teams through radically efficient tools
- Setting the roadmap of your team with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, and pitching, prototyping and validating it
- Working with data, direct customer insights, using the product yourself, learning competitor apps, applying relevant patterns, combining input from developers and relying on your insights to get to just the right solutions with your cross-functional team
Requirements
- Experience working as a mechanical engineer or industrial designer
- Ability to define problems and goals, map use cases, prototype and pitch solutions, and oversee the development process
- Ability to create elegant, but practical solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
