UX Designer
Workday 🇨🇦 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
The designer will work on the Workday Design Systems, partnering with Engineering teams to build patterns into the Workday Platform, affecting millions of users worldwide. The role focuses on growing the Design System to deliver intuitive, attractive experiences by default and creating modern patterns that scale across all modalities.
Responsibilities
- Design at scale for millions of users around the world
- Work alongside internationally distributed Platform teams to innovate and deliver existing experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design and deliver new features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise design experience preferably in software as a service industry
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interaction design skills and a deep understanding of interaction
- Excellent collaboration skills and an eagerness to provide and receive constructive feedback
