Senior UX Designer Employee Experience

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute to the employee journeys at Rabobank, ensuring that employees can perform their work seamlessly. You will collaborate with various HR stakeholders to execute design projects and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve employee journeys for Rabobank, enabling employees to work efficiently without being hindered by processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR managers, process managers, and architects, to deliver impact-driven solutions
- Ensure the involvement of HR stakeholders and maintain high-quality design standards
- Work closely with the Employee Experience Design team to create innovative solutions
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills and ability to develop intuitive digital solutions
- Experience working on complex user journeys, preferably in large service organizations
- Ability to work effectively in a complex stakeholder environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Benefits
- Bruto monthly salary € 4,516 to € 6,449 (scale 09)
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
