Responsibilities
- Testing and validation of AODA compliance
- Creating effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces
- Designing the overall functionality of the product
- Conducting user research, interviews, and surveys
- Translating research into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Designing user interfaces for various projects
- Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in service design and user experience techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends and developments in service delivery, digital service design, and leading edge technology
- AODA testing and validation experience
- Service Delivery & Digital Service Design experience
- Digital Thinking with a willingness to take calculated risks
- Analytical Thinking with experience using data analytics
- Relationship Building and communication skills
