The UX Designer will shape and deliver high-quality user experiences across websites and digital marketing journeys. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketers, developers, content specialists, and fellow designers to create and refine concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX deliverables for websites and marketing journeys
- Contribute to user research and insight-gathering activities, helping ensure decisions are informed by data and user behavior
- Develop clear design documentation including information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, and interaction patterns across our marketing platforms
- Participate in or help facilitate usability testing and A/B testing to validate solutions and optimise performance
- Support continuous refinement of user journeys, ensuring they remain logical, seamless, and aligned with marketing goals
- Collaborate closely with developers to support implementation and maintain design quality
- Stay informed about UX best practice, tools, accessibility standards, and digital marketing trends, proactively contributing fresh ideas
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital usability
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience producing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary marketing teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in interpreting analytics or user-behavior data
- Understanding of responsive design and web-optimised experiences
- Experience in financial services or similarly complex environments is beneficial but not essential
