As a UX Designer / Service Designer, you will lead the design process from insight to implementation, creating intuitive and engaging solutions. You will facilitate workshops and user testing to ensure the designs meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the entire design process – from insight and idea to test and implementation
- Translate user needs and business goals into simple, intuitive and engaging solutions
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation processes – with our customers and internal teams
- Create prototypes and conduct user testing that provides rapid and concrete results
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in design of digital products and services
- Good understanding of the entire design process, from insight work to finished solution
- Preferably experience from startup or consulting business
- Ability to balance user needs, technology and business goals
- Formal higher education is a plus, but we know that experience and results count at least as much
