UI/UX Designer

The primary responsibility involves developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website and email layouts that connect the Verizon and Cellular Sales brands, focusing on aesthetics and functionality. This includes creating visual concepts, collaborating with various internal teams, and coaching on usability and design best practices.
Responsibilities
- Connecting the Verizon and Cellular Sales brands delivering best-in-class user experience for our internal and external users
- Developing world-class designs for our corporate websites and emails
- Collaborating with the Creative Director, designers, copywriters, developers, videographers and photographers, editors, and Marketing counterparts
- Creating visual concepts and designs based on business needs
- Coaching team members on usability and design best practices
- Advocate and lead UX discussions with project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant interest area
- 3-5 years of experience developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website and email layouts
- Previous experience as an agency or in-house designer
- Experience wireframing, prototyping, creating assets, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with an emphasis on user experience (UX)
- Intimate knowledge of Figma and Adobe software along with some light coding
- A positive, outgoing attitude with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Must submit a portfolio (link) of your work to be considered for this position
