- Define how agentic and assistive systems behave, make decisions, and communicate with users
- Shape UX patterns, frameworks, and systems that scale across the product ecosystem
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and telemetry into actionable design direction
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design craft across complex, system-level experiences
- Experience designing for AI, automation, or agentic/assistive products (or strong interest and transferable skills)
- Ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- Strength in systems thinkingâdesigning for scalability, consistency, and adaptability
