Act as a design coach within the squad, guiding junior designers and developers on UX/UI best practices. Own design delivery timelines and quality standards, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and product expectations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a design coach within the squad
- Own design delivery timelines and quality standards
- Translate business needs into clear UI/UX requirements during the design phase
- Deliver comprehensive UX/UI documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experienced in UX/UI design with 3-5 years in product design roles
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage design workflows effectively
- Fluency in English C1
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
