The designer will create scalable UI patterns and templates that are reusable across clients and translate complex processes into intuitive, step-by-step journeys. They will collaborate with Product and Platform teams to evolve a shared design system and partner with Delivery Leads and Engineers to customize and implement designs.
Responsibilities
- Crafting interfaces that power AI-driven automation, workflow orchestration, and data-rich analytical tools
- Creating scalable UI patterns and templates reusable across clients
- Translating complex processes into intuitive, step-by-step journeys
- Collaborating with Product and Platform teams to evolve a shared design system
- Partnering with Delivery Leads and Engineers to customize and implement designs
- Designing with implementation in mind, creating UX specs and UI handoffs based on modern frontend development techniques
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience designing business-facing, authenticated Web products
- Expertise with data grids, tables, sorting/filtering, bulk actions, and visualization
- Workflow and multi-step process design experience
- Strong Figma experience with components, variants, and structured handoffs
- Proficiency in responsive, data-heavy interfaces and reusable component systems
- Understanding of human-in-the-loop and AI-assisted workflows
Key Skills
