The UI/UX Designer will design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for Mondia’s digital products, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand standards. The role involves collaborating with various teams to translate UX requirements into polished UI designs.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring visual consistency and clarity
- Translate UX flows, wireframes, and product requirements into polished UI designs
- Create UI components such as buttons, forms, menus, tabs, cards, widgets, and interactive elements
- Apply and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency in typography, color usage, spacing, layout, and iconography across products
- Design responsive interfaces across multiple screen sizes and devices
- Prepare UI mock-ups and high-fidelity screens ready for developer handoff
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate UI implementation
- Review implemented UI and provide feedback to maintain design quality
- Support UX activities by applying usability best practices to UI designs
- Participate in usability testing reviews and iterate UI based on feedback
- Identify UI-related usability or accessibility issues and suggest improvement
- Present UI designs to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly explaining visual and layout decisions
- Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Marketing teams
- Stay up to date with UI trends, visual patterns, and digital design best practice
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a UI role within digital products
- Education Diploma / Degree in Graphic Designing
- Technical Skills: Portfolio of design projects, Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, Knowledge of wireframe tools, Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop and Illustrator, Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
