The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for complex BI solutions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across all platforms. This includes understanding operational workflows, identifying pain points, and developing innovative UX solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex BI solutions
- Collaborate directly with worldwide and regional business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers
- Drive design initiatives, foster cross-functional alignment, and elevate design standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of industrial experience in User Experience Design
- Proven expertise with leading BI reporting, analytics, and visualization products
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools
