The Senior UX Designer will lead significant projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that user needs and company goals are met. They will also conduct user research and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic design: Contribute to product strategy, and identify opportunities for impact
- Lead big projects from start to finish
- Hands on UX design: Design customer-facing experiences for web and mobile
- User research: Conduct customer interviews and usability tests
