As a Product Designer, you will shape customer experiences across websites and mobile apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will design inclusive and accessible experiences while balancing customer value and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Craft simple, inclusive, and accessible experiences for web and native mobile platforms.
- Understand platform conventions and apply appropriate mobile patterns and layouts.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design that reflect customer needs.
- Leverage insight from research and testing to guide design decisions.
- Use and contribute to the Fuse design system with consistency and care.
- Balance customer value, usability, and feasibility in collaboration with engineering.
Requirements
- Experience designing for both responsive web and native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
- Familiarity with product design tools like Figma and prototyping software.
- Solid grasp of UX and interaction design fundamentals.
- Exposure to agile product teams and iterative development processes.
- Enthusiastic about accessibility and inclusive design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
