Senior Product Designer, Incentives

The role involves owning and evolving the campaign and incentives communication system across the consumer app, turning complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams and ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints like listing, checkout, and post-order states.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the campaign and incentives communication system across the consumer app
• Turn complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate closely with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs
• Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution
• Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity
• Ensure consistency across surfaces, including listing, store page, basket, checkout, and post-order states

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and bold design leadership
• Understanding of business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions
• Comfortable managing complex systems effectively
• Collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product
• Fluent in English
• Expert in Figma for UI, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems
• Actively uses AI tools to speed up exploration and iteration
