Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design (UX Designer / Researcher)

The Senior Specialist will lead end-to-end design for complex domains, owning delivery from discovery through production assets, and creating advanced artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity UI designs. They will champion customer-centric thinking by advocating for user needs and challenging assumptions in collaboration with product owners and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead End to End Design for Complex Domains
- Own design delivery across multiple product areas, from discovery to production-ready assets
- Create advanced artifacts such as journey maps, interaction models, conceptual flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
- Navigate complex enterprise workflows and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Champion Customer Centric Thinking
- Collaborate Deeply With Cross Functional Teams
- Communicate design intent clearly, ensuring shared understanding across teams
- Elevate Design Quality
- Contribute to and Extend Design Systems
- Support User Research Activities
Requirements
- 5-7 years of overall career experience in UX/Product Design experience, ideally within enterprise, platform, or multi workflow environments
- Strong experience producing detailed flows, interaction patterns, and high fidelity prototypes for web-based applications
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers and influence decisions using clear design rationale
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; comfortable with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with platform modernization, payments, or merchant workflows is a plus
