Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will elevate the user experience across mobile, web, and API products, handling design end-to-end from research and UX to UI and design systems while collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include shaping the best possible user experience, balancing speed and polish, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate production.

Responsibilities

• Work on design end-to-end—from research and UX to UI and design systems—while collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Bring designs into production, adapting to the requirements of each platform
• Use cutting-edge creative and AI tools to accelerate production
• Cross-functional collaboration: from brainstorming with the Design team to working on product concepts with the Growth, Community, Brand, and Machine Learning teams

Requirements

• Design sense: You have an active portfolio with recent mobile UI work that shows a good eye for typography, color, and space
• You balance speed with impact
• You’re action-oriented and pragmatic, able to deliver at pace without losing sight of craft or consistency
• Top-notch communication: You have the ability to fluently articulate design decisions and are at ease working with various stakeholders across all channels
