The UI/UX Designer will create user-friendly web designs, wireframes, and prototypes, while conducting user research to inform design improvements. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on user-friendly web designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.
- Develop and maintain clear information architecture for websites, ensuring a logical flow of content and navigation.
- Design web interfaces that are responsive and accessible on various devices and screen sizes, enhancing the user experience.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, share design concepts, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, web design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, including experience with prototyping and collaboration features.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Key Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics is a plus.
