As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft user experiences from concept to execution, collaborating with product managers and engineers. You will also integrate user feedback and advocate for design-centered changes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
- Bring strong interaction design skills and own the design experience from concept to execution
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to foster great ideas, build a strong intuition, and drive consistency
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process using agile methodologies
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of User Experience Product Design
- Ability to take customer needs from initial concept(s) through iterations and into final execution
- Good communication skills with the ability to present work and findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage ambiguity in an ever-changing landscape
