As a Systems-Focused Product Designer, you will own and evolve design systems, ensuring scalable and pixel-perfect implementation of interfaces. You will also maintain consistency across brands and contribute to design QA and prototyping processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve design systems in Figma — including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and governance practices
- Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, pixel-perfect implementation of interfaces and components
- Translate high-level journeys into structured, production-ready interfaces and flows
- Maintain consistency across brands, devices, and product streams while allowing for local nuance
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong emphasis on design systems, delivery tooling, or design-engineering collaboration
- Formal qualifications such as a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, or a related discipline
