Product Designer H/F

As a Product Designer, you will conduct user research to identify real needs and operational constraints in an industrial context. You will also facilitate ideation workshops and design ergonomic interfaces in line with the existing Design System.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify real needs and operational constraints in an industrial context
• Animate workshops for ideation, co-design or user testing
• Design and prototype ergonomic and accessible interfaces, consistent with the Design System in place
• Create and maintain UX/UI deliverables: personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes

Requirements

• Diploma in design, ergonomics or UX and at least 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design
• Autonomous and rigorous, with mastery of the entire design chain (research, UX, UI)
• Ability to evolve in complex and industrial environments
• Proficiency in Figma (including FigJam, DevMode)
