Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design (UX Designer / Researcher)

The Senior Specialist will lead end-to-end design for complex domains, owning design delivery from discovery through production assets, and creating advanced artifacts like journey maps and high-fidelity UI designs. This role also involves championing customer-centric thinking by advocating for user needs and challenging assumptions in product decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex domains
- Create advanced artifacts such as journey maps, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Navigate complex enterprise workflows and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Champion customer-centric thinking and advocate for user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and explore solutions
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work in fast-paced, multi-stream environments
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong experience producing detailed flows, interaction patterns, and high fidelity prototypes for web-based applications
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers and influence decisions using clear design rationale
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
