The UX Researcher will plan, design, and execute user-centered research to improve digital products. They will analyze user behaviors and needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative research centered on user experience
- Analyze user behavior, needs, and motivations in all digital touchpoints
- Elaborate clear, conclusive, and action-oriented reports, sharing key insights with design, product, development, and business teams
Requirements
- Title professional in Psychology, Sociology, Design, Anthropology, Engineering, or related careers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX research and user experience for digital products or online services
- Dominion of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and digital tools for UX research
