Master UX Researcher and Designer

The role involves leading discovery to understand user needs, translating insights into inclusive interaction patterns, and using research, testing, and metrics to guide design decisions. Responsibilities also include planning and running user research, designing flows and interaction patterns with accessibility at the core, and building production-ready interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run user research, usability tests, and discovery workshops in support of studies
- Design flows, IA, and interaction patterns with accessibility at the core
- Build production ready interfaces that are fast, responsive, and reliable
- Define success metrics, analyse behaviour, and iterate with data
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and AI platform teams; mentor others and nurture a strong UX community
Requirements
- Strong UX experience: user research, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Excellent front end skills (responsive, performant UI; attention to detail)
- Data driven mindset: comfortable with experimentation and measurement
- Clear communication and leadership: inclusive collaboration, mentoring, and user advocacy
- Ability to grow UX capabilities and networks across teams and functions
