Senior UX Researcher - Mixed Methods

The Senior UX Researcher will lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies to inform product strategy and development. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize actionable insights and utilize AI tools to enhance research efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research needs and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and execute research roadmaps, working independently and collaboratively
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies across all phases of the product development cycle
- Conduct usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, and other mixed-methods research
- Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, compelling insights that inform product strategy and execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX, product, or user research
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Strong proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Lookback, dscout, Optimal Workshop
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Origami
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, manage, and execute complex research studies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct advanced quantitative analysis and interpret statistical findings
