Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will design and execute various research studies, including user interviews and observational research, to understand user workflows and pain points. This role involves supporting discovery workshops, documenting current-state journeys, and planning usability testing to validate product direction.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Conducting user interviews, contextual inquiries, and observational research
- Supporting discovery and definition workshops through research preparation and documentation
- Maintaining and contributing to discovery artifacts
- Assisting in developing future-state journeys and user flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Research, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX research or related roles
- Demonstrated skill transforming ambiguity into meaningful insights
- Experience conducting qualitative research and usability testing
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
