The Senior Product Designer will create user-centered designs for AI-driven experiences, focusing on the AI Conversation Expert product. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by thoroughly understanding business requirements, user needs, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Deliver high-quality visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail and accessibility
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, prototypes, and low- to high-fidelity designs
- Own the end-to-end design process from requirements gathering through final handoff
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software companies designing complex user experiences
- Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec
