You will own the end-to-end design of customer-facing and internal product surfaces, from problem framing to production code. You will collaborate with engineering and climate strategists to build AI-assisted interfaces that improve operational productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of customer-facing and internal product surfaces across Patch's platform
- Ship code, prototype in production, and embed with climate strategists and customers
- Act as DRI on design initiatives, from scoping through delivery
- Design interfaces where AI does material work, making AI contributions visible and trustworthy
Requirements
- Product ownership: Define the problem, design the solution, and ship it
- Code fluency: Committed production code and can prototype and build in a codebase
- AI-native workflow: Use AI tools daily in the design process
- Systems thinking: Design interfaces that make complex domains clear
- Operational design chops: Experience designing information-dense, workflow-heavy tools
- Collaborative accountability: Direct communication, strong opinions loosely held
- Comfort with ambiguity: Evolving domains and markets
