Responsibilities
- Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, leveraging design thinking to influence product strategy and business outcomes
- Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution
- Champion design excellence by treating product as an extension of the brand, ensuring every touchpoint meets the highest quality standards
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to life
- Senior-level ownership with the autonomy to drive major product initiatives and influence company-wide design decisions
- Strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
- Strategic mindset with a passion for 0-to-1 product development
- Exceptional craft with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
- Prototyping expertise across multiple tools and mediums
- Motion design sensibility with deep consideration for animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
- Brand-conscious approach that understands how product design extends and amplifies brand identity
