The UI/UX Designer will create conversion-focused design assets for paid advertising campaigns, including designing static ad creatives and running A/B tests to optimize performance. They will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine user flows and improve engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design conversion-optimized static ad creatives for multiple advertising platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and messaging
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, visually compelling ad assets
- Prototype new ad concepts and creative variations
- Execute A/B tests to evaluate performance and effectiveness
- Iterate on designs based on testing results and performance insights
- Design with a strong focus on user behavior and conversion outcomes
- Ensure ad creatives feature clear, engaging calls to action that drive results
- Optimize visual hierarchy and messaging to support performance goals
- Apply design intuition to select creative directions that maximize ROI
- Review engagement and performance metrics to refine and improve creatives
- Continuously optimize design output based on data and user interaction trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on digital advertising or conversion-driven design
- Experience designing assets for paid ad campaigns
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience running A/B tests and iterating designs based on performance data
- Solid understanding of conversion optimization principles for paid advertising
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with marketing and creative teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design execution
Key Skills
