As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design challenges from discovery to delivery, ensuring design decisions are based on user insights and business goals. You will work on designing complex flows and creating user-centered, accessible designs aligned with Aidn’s design system.

Responsibilities

  • Design complex flows related to municipal healthcare and services
  • Turn data into clear, understandable, and decision-supporting interfaces
  • Create user-centred, accessible designs aligned with Aidn’s design system and product principles
  • Conduct and use qualitative and quantitative user research to inform decisions
  • Prototype, test, iterate, and collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and proactively across teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product, UX, UI, service or digital design (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in modern product development teams with product managers and engineers
  • Strong user-centered design skills, including research, testing, and iteration
  • Experience designing complex flows and communicating complexity in simple ways
  • Solid proficiency in tools like Figma/FigJam and comfort using data to evaluate impact
