The Senior UX Designer will lead the strategy, research, and execution of UX across websites and digital marketing journeys. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create user-centered designs and optimize marketing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketers, developers, content specialists, and fellow designers to create and refine concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX deliverables
- Contribute to user research and insight-gathering activities, ensuring decisions are informed by data and user behavior
- Develop clear design documentation, including information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, and interaction patterns
Requirements
- Extensive UX design experience, ideally within complex digital ecosystems or high-traffic websites
- Expertise in user-centered design methodology, UX research, interaction design, and conversion-focused optimization
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
