Responsibilities
- Assist in creating design artifacts: personas, journey maps, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes
- Present design concepts to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and iterate solutions
- Support usability evaluation and help track metrics to measure the performance of your designs
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and technical feasibility
- Conduct or assist with user research activitiesâincluding surveys, interviews, and usability testingâand translate insights into actionable design improvements
Requirements
- Familiarity with UX design processes and proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Basic understanding of design systems and exposure to methodologies like Design Sprints or Lean UX
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design ideas to different audiences
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate with technical teams
