The Product Designer will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to create robust, user-centered solutions for international antifraud platforms. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and driving continuous product improvement through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product strategy and user needs to create consistent solutions
  • Participate in the product development process from discovery to delivery
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces with the squad and business areas
  • Work with Product Managers and developers to influence the user experience
  • Collaborate with data, marketing, and business areas to ensure user-centered design
  • Conduct co-creation dynamics, workshops, A/B tests, and experiments for continuous evolution
  • Propose improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation
  • Contribute to strategic product decisions with a critical eye on usability and performance
  • Translate user research into real opportunities for product improvement
  • Act as a reference for the team, elevating design quality and strengthening user-centered culture
  • Co-create and evolve UX and Design System processes for scalable deliveries
  • Elaborate and present structured communications, showing progress, learnings, and explored paths

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer
  • Familiarity with B2B products, onboarding, and complex solutions
  • Experience in web and mobile interface design, prototyping, and information architecture
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Amplitude, Dovetail
  • Experience with user research, hypothesis validation, and data analysis
  • Good communication, organization, and proactivity in agile and collaborative environments
  • Critical and analytical thinking with empathy for users and business contexts
  • Data-driven profile with experience in defining, tracking, and analyzing product metrics
  • Ability to influence and inspire designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
