You will lead end-to-end product design, from UX research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI creation for AI-driven investment solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a scalable design system and translate complex data into intuitive visualizations.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: leading features from ideation and UX research to prototyping, usability testing, and final production
- Systemic Product Design: approaching design as a scalable system, architecting logic-driven functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration of new features
- Design System Evolution: contributing to and maintaining the Design System as a shared language between design and engineering
- Data Visualization: translating complex AI-driven data into meaningful and simple visualizations
- Tech-Savvyness & Trend Adaptation: staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting design workflows and product features
- User Advocacy: conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, maintaining user journey maps and personas
- Collaboration & Feasibility: partnering with developers and PMs, ensuring technical feasibility while pushing boundaries
- UX Logic: focusing on functional 'under-the-hood' UX, managing state changes, edge cases, and user flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Skilled in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes
- Deep empathy for users
- Creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
