UX Product Designer

The UX Product Designer will transform business goals and user needs into intuitive web and mobile solutions by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and ensure products meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Working with Business Analysts, translates high-level requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Leads the design of new or enhancement of existing software products utilizing facilitation skills, interviews, business and market research to document design
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Work with Business Analysts to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Develop designs for desktop, web, tablet and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Assist with user story writing in product management software, detailing specific UI deliverables to be passed to the development team
- Coordinates field and pilot test and assists in collecting and analyzing the results of the test
- Ensures the product fulfils business needs
- Conducts research on the problem statement to come up with solutions that accomplish business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design
- 2+ years of experience and proven track record
- Strong portfolio to be presented
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience with Figma, sketch or Adobe
- Understand basic front-end languages: HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
- Ability to analyze business systems to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/process issues/improvements to accomplish business objectives
