Lead the design of AI-native experiences across the hx platform and shape workflows that enhance decision-making. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable design patterns and support the team's craft excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI-native experiences across the hx platform and shaping agentic workflows
- Partner with product, engineering, and the AI team to shape the vision and plan for an AI-native platform
- Develop scalable patterns through the design language, Xpression, to support cross-functional partners
- Support the team in scaling craft excellence to meet the pace and breadth of product development ambitions
- Drive AI-adoption within the Design team’s own workflows
Requirements
- A history designing AI-native product experiences where intelligence is foundational, not additive
- Significant experience leading design for complex initiatives, end-to-end
- Technical fluency, understanding the opportunities and limitations of AI and automation
- Demonstrable use of AI tooling within your own workflow
