Staff Product Designer

The role involves shaping developer experiences by defining intentional product solutions and applying systems thinking to information architecture and UI patterns. Responsibilities also include exploring and shaping AI experiences, providing design feedback, and building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shaping: Defining great products and developer experiences with a point of view
• Systems thinking: Thinking systematically when it comes to information architecture as well as existing and emerging UI patterns
• Progress and tempo: Keeping making decisions and moving forward quickly
• Curiosity: Remaining curious and comfortable learning about existing and upcoming new capabilities
• Design responsive and accessible experiences that work across multiple platforms
• Explore and shape solutions for existing and new AI experiences based on existing and upcoming model capabilities
• Provide regular design feedback and direction to coworkers
• Seek out opportunities for connecting with people and teams working on related projects

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product or service design
• Experience as a Product Designer working with Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers
• Experience designing end to end complex, multi-workflow SaaS products
• Familiarity with frontend languages and coding concepts
• Experience contributing to or using an established design system
