UX Designer

The Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design in Agile environments, including research, testing, interaction, and UI design, while building relationships to integrate design objectives into business strategies. They will also contribute to the Design System, provide clear specifications to engineering, and establish design operations rituals to accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design in Agile environments
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and collaborative design reviews
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of the Design System
- Collaborate with engineers and QA to provide clear product specifications and assets
- Establish and maintain design ops rituals, dashboards, and project plans
- Define and track UX success metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a software organization
- Hands-on experience creating and implementing design systems in complex product environments
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools
- Experience applying Lean UX and Agile methodologies in product development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver UX artifacts
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English
