UX Designer - Government Healthcare Services

As a UX Designer, you will plan and conduct research to focus project teams on end users' needs and produce design artifacts to guide implementation. You will also help teams transition from analysis to action with strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research that focuses project teams on what’s really at stake for end users
- Produce the most helpful artifacts to guide implementation and delivery
- Help teams and decision-makers move from analysis to action with clear, concise, and strategic recommendations
- Build inclusive, respectful partnerships with diverse groups of people
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience OR college degree in computer science, cognitive science, psychology, business, human-computer interaction (HCI), human factors, or a related field
- Must already have legal authorization to work within the US
- Portfolio or resume demonstrating collaboration with product managers and engineers on agile development teams
- Critical thinking about the process and outcomes of user research
- Well-crafted design deliverables such as wireframes, site maps, flows, user journeys, and service blueprints
