
Lead UX Product Designer - Guest UX

The Lead UX Designer will define experience strategy, drive complex initiatives forward, and ensure solutions benefit both the guest and the business by shaping AI-powered campaign workflows for partners and team members. Responsibilities include creating UX patterns, defining UX north stars, leading end-to-end UX for ad-tech features, and translating complex mechanics into understandable visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Create UX patterns that clarify why campaigns perform, how ads are delivered, and which signals drive optimizations
- Translate high-level product vision into detailed workflow models for advertisers, operators, and measurement users
- Define UX north stars and experience blueprints for critical user journeys and surfaces
- Lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features: campaign planning, forecasting, targeting, bidding, creative approvals, reporting
- Translate decisioning logic into explainable UI surfaces
- Represent complex mechanics through insights, notifications, and visualizations
- Leverage influence to champion user-centric outcomes within and across product experiences
- Partner with engineering to map dependencies
- Proactively identify UX risks and propose alternative design paths
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth in craft and critical thinking
- Investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Set a high standard for design craftâensuring accessibility, usability, clear information architecture, thoughtful interaction design, and polished visual execution
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design and ad tech expertise
- Expertise at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft
- Expert skills in UX and product design
- Advanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
