Bind is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences for their ERP product, working closely with Product Managers and the Head of Product to understand user needs and design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery and research sessions with users
- Validating flows, prototypes, and mockups with real users
- Designing intuitive, accessible, and functional experiences and interfaces
- Collaborating closely with development and stakeholders
- Impacting positively the usability of the ERP product and business objectives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design in B2B, SaaS, or ERP products
- Experience in user research (interviews, tests, discovery sessions)
- Experience in designing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineering, and technology
- Proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of usability principles, heuristics, and accessibility
