Product Designer (m/w/d)

The Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design process of digital healthcare products, from initial research and problem definition to pixel-perfect interfaces. This includes creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and maintaining the design system while collaborating with product management and development.
Responsibilities
- Design digital products holistically, from the initial idea to the finalized interface
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify problems and develop solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and barrier-free interfaces
- Conduct qualitative user tests and interviews to inform design decisions
- Integrate modern AI tools into daily work and experiment with new technologies
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure smooth implementation
Requirements
- Completed degree in Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in UI or Product Design, preferably in the B2B SaaS environment or for complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of supporting AI tools
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Strength in user research, user testing, and conceiving digital products
- Understanding of technical contexts, especially in collaboration with frontend teams
- Good eye for visual design and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
