Lead the design vision and end-to-end execution of original experiences for emerging products, using appropriate design artifacts and prototypes to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate with editorial, product, engineering, research, and growth teams to shape product strategy and deliver customer-focused experiences that balance innovation with platform and business constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision and end‑to‑end execution of original experiences for emerging products
  • Create appropriate design artifacts and prototypes to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with editorial, product, engineering, research, and growth teams to shape product strategy
  • Deliver customer‑focused experiences that balance innovation with platform and business constraints

Requirements

  • 8+ years of cross‑platform product design experience
  • At least 4 years designing native mobile experiences
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, prototyping, visual and interaction design
  • Expertise in design systems and UI standards
  • Knowledge of UX research, testing, and validation methods
  • Familiarity with mobile and web technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Confluence and Jira
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
