Requirements
- Requires 9+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience leading or managing designers, and a track record designing complex digital products, preferably in high-scale B2C environments. Candidates should bring strong product thinking, communication, interaction and visual design skills, design-system experience, proficiency with tools such as Figma, and a relevant design or HCI degree or equivalent practical experience.
