- Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces to improve conversion, retention, and revenue across the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to run design experiments and maintain the company's design system.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in complex, data-dense or marketplace products. Must be proficient in Figma and capable of balancing high-fidelity UI craft with rapid UX iteration.
