Supervise and mentor a team of designers while defining and executing the design strategy in collaboration with Product Managers. Conduct user research, create prototypes, and ensure the functional and visual consistency of the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of UX/UI designers
- Conduct and lead userâresearch sessions to uncover needs and opportunities
- Define and own the design strategy in close collaboration with Product Managers
- Analyze test results and turn user insights into concrete design decisions
- Ensure functional and visual consistency across the entire user journey
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost product performance
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas (wireframes, interactive prototypes)
- Create polished, accessible final mockups ready for technical integration
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience in an industrial context
- Strong expertise in design management and user research
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of designers
- Fluent English is a plus
