The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and developers to deliver solutions within a Design System.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and translate them into design solutions
- Facilitate UX workshops such as audits, experience mapping and card sorting
- Analyze userâjourney data to generate solution hypotheses and create wireframes
- Produce dynamic UX prototypes and test them with users
- Deliver visual assets from lowâfi to hiâfi respecting the Design System
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI methods, including Design Thinking
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with Product Owners, developers and business experts
- Curiosity about market trends, design innovations and new technologies
